When, Where & How To Use:
Calm is for those times when you are feeling anxious, irritable, and out-of-sorts, frustrated by, perhaps even fearful of, everyday things. This is one to keep close by, and use when the cacophony starts, whether it's the cell phone incessantly ringing, the baby crying or the co-worker yammering. Take a moment to Calm.
Use this blend over a sustained period of time, until symptoms noticeably diminish. Keep Calm with you and apply several times throughout the day to your temples and wrists to promote quick absorption and direct access to the limbic system, the brainâÃÂÃÂs calming center. Apply Calm to the meridian point at your collarbone to help ease tension, and the front of your neck to help support blood flow to and from your brain. For acute symptoms, dab Calm under your nose frequently and inhale deeply.
